Buyer’s Agent Courses was founded by Julie Crockett, a practising Buyer’s Agent since 2010 and a long-standing advocate for higher professional standards within the real estate industry.
After more than a decade representing property investor clients and interstate buyers, Julie recognised a critical gap.
As the Buyer’s Agency sector expanded rapidly, many newly licensed agents were entering the profession without a well defined methodology for representing investor buyers strategically, ethically, and consistently.
Buyer’s Agent Courses was established to raise the standard for Buyer’s Agents.
Julie’s work sits at the intersection of active practice and professional education.
She continues to advise investor clients in live markets, using the structured operating frameworks that equip her Buyer’s Agent students with clear strategy, disciplined processes, and decision-making confidence.
Her focus is simple – provide professional, best practice buyer representation and support agents to build sustainable, high-integrity businesses grounded in real expertise.
