How do Buyer's Agents Juggle Multiple Clients and Keep Them Happy

Keeping across multiple clients can become a challenge as your buyer’s agent business grows. You will need to have the right systems and processes in place to effectively and efficiently service everyone. You may be simultaneously trying to source property for a number of people in different Australian states, so having a great system in place is paramount. A dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) program will enable you to keep good records of each separate client, track leads and sales opportunities. Record the dates you spoke to clients, the nature of your conversation and ensure follow-up actions are in your calendar.

A CRM should never replace the personal touch, however, and to keep your clients happy, you’ll need to keep them involved as much as possible in the process. Maintain constant and consistent communication in the way each client prefers – email, phone or video call etc. You’ll be able to stem any concerns they have once offers are made on properties and to provide peace of mind that their new investment matches their criteria and will work for them. Congratulate your client on achieving their property goal and remind them that you’ve got their back.

As you work with more clients and get a feel for their natural reactions during the investment journey, you’ll start to see where you might need to step up your game. This will help you handle multiple clients better, keeping them on track at different stages of the buying process so no one gets left behind.

It’s definitely a learned skill!
